Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 lb. candied red cherries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped
5 slices candied pineapple, chopped
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt and sift over fruit and nut mixture; mix well.
Mix sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, then add eggs, one at a time.
Mix well after each egg.
Mix batter with fruit and flour mixture.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
