Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    12 slices bread
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. whole milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place 6 slices of bread on the bottom of an extra large casserole pan.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Spread half of sausage on bread.
    Spread half of both cheeses over sausage.
    Layer again. Mix egg, milk and salt; pour over layers.
    Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
