Quick Cheese Danish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Unroll 1 package rolls and lay flat in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and egg yolk, beat well.
Add vanilla and lemon juice.
Beat well and pour over rolls.
Unroll other rolls and lay over mixture.
Beat egg white and water.
Brush evenly over rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Freezes well.
