Funeral Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 c. cooked chicken, cut into pieces
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water chestnuts or celery
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix soups and sour cream together.
    Add chicken, water chestnuts and onions; mix well.
    Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Stir crackers into butter and spread over casserole.
    Sprinkle top with poppy seed. Bake for 30 minutes.
