Overnight Coffee Cake(Serves 24) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter, room temperature
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large bowl of electric mixer, cream butter with sugars until smooth.
Add eggs and buttermilk and beat until slightly fluffy.
Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and mix well.
Spread batter in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
Sprinkle topping over batter.
Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until brown. Do not overbake.
Serve warm or cold.
Makes 24 squares.
