Roasted Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 large potatoes
    1/4 c. bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt butter; stir in catsup, mustard, paprika and salt.
    Cut each potato into 4 wedges; slash each wedge crosswise every 1/4-inch but not through skin.
    Place potatoes on cookie sheet and brush with 1/3 of butter mixture.
    Bake 35 minutes or until tender.
    Brush occasionally during baking with butter mixture.
    After last brushing, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
