Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. oyster liquid
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
4 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
-
Alternate layers of oysters and bread crumbs in a casserole. Cover with any remaining crumbs.
Combine liquid, salt and pepper. Pour over oysters and crumbs.
Cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
