Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 lb. macaroni elbows
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Add flour, cook 3 minutes
    to
    remove
    raw
    flour taste.
    Heat milk in another pan. Add
    milk
    to
    flour mixture and stir well, until almost boiling. Turn
    down and simmer a few minutes.
    Add pepper and Tabasco. Stir in cream.
