Georgia Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1-crust pie
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. softened butter
    pinch of salt
    1 1/3 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. broken pecans
    whipped cream (top with)
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Combine flour and sugar. In
    separate
    bowl,
    combine eggs and butter.
    Stir in flour and sugar mixture.
    Stir in salt, corn syrup and pecans. Pour
    into pastry
    lined pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for
    10 minutes.
    Turn temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for
    50 more minutes.
    Can be served warm or cool topped with whipped cream.
