Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. mashed persimmons
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine liquid ingredients and sugar.
    Measure dry ingredients together.
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour into greased and floured 1-quart baking dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
