Beef And Noodle Bake(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    450 g (1 lb.) lean minced beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    200 g (7 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 vegetable stock cube
    175 g (6 oz.) egg noodles
    275 g (10 oz.) fresh sour cream
    225 g (8 oz.) cottage cheese
    50 g (2 oz.) Double-Gloucester cheese, grated
Preparation
    Dry fry the minced beef in a nonstick pan until browned.
    Add the vegetables and stock cube; bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spoon into an ovenproof dish.
