Apricot Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 small jars strained apricot-tapioca baby food
    2 c. self-rising flour (do not sift)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 to 1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil\tand
    eggs
    well.
    Add baby food, flour, cinnamon and pecans.
    Bake\tin
    greased
    and floured Bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes a 300\u00b0.
    Let stand 15 minutes before removing.
    This cake will stay moist if tightly covered.
