Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 large onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
    1 can tomatoes
    bread crumbs and butter
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 oz. parsley
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut off stem ends of peppers (cut up tops; add to ingredients).
    Boil peppers 3 minutes in salt water, then drain.
