Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sliced raw apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
When cool, ice with powdered sugar icing.
