Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    16 oz. pumpkin (fresh is best)
    1 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pour into 4 (1 pound) coffee cans sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 loaves.
