Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans Veg-All, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Reserve 1/2 cup cheese for topping. Mix Veg-All, mayonnaise, 1 cup grated cheese, chestnuts and onion. Place in casserole dish. Mix crackers with butter and place on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Add remaining cheese the last 10 minutes of baking time.
