Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together well. Spread 1/2 mixture into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Crumble 1/2 of strudel onto mixture. Cover with remaining batter and top with rest of strudel. Bake at 375\u00b0 for
    25 to 30 minutes.
