Pork Fried Rice(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 c. cubed cooked pork or ham
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 scallions, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    sliced scallions (for garnish)
Preparation
    In skillet or wok, over medium-high heat, cook rice in oil until golden brown, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add pork or ham and eggs.
    Cook and stir until eggs are set.
    Stir in scallions, steak sauce and soy sauce just until blended and heated through.
    To serve, garnish with scallions.
