Pasta And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
    1 head cauliflower
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until tender in salted water.
    Remove cauliflower and put aside.
    Cook spaghetti in the cauliflower water.
    Meanwhile, saute olive oil and the garlic in a pan.
    When cooked, put aside.
    Drain the spaghetti; add salt, cauliflower, oil, garlic and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Toss and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
