Italian Wedding Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Turkey or Chicken Broth (Fresh or canned)
    1 Egg (For every 10 oz. of Broth)
    1/8 c. Parmesan Cheese (Grated)(For every 10 oz. of Broth)
    Pasta (Angel Hair or other may substitute)
Preparation
    1. Bring broth to boil. Add pasta and cook as per directions.
    2. Mix eggs and cheese. Add to broth and pasta at a boil.
    Stir in well and cover. Remove from heat.
