Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 squash, boiled until tender
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 c. mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Slice squash.
Add onion, soup and sour cream.
Pour dressing in casserole, saving some for topping.
Pour squash mixture on top of dressing and top with reserved dressing.
Top with cheese and bake 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
