New England Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 packets chicken flavor instant broth (Herb-Ox)
    2 bottles clam juice
    2 cans minced or chopped clams
    3 c. uncooked potatoes, cubed
    1 qt. original Farm Rich coffee cream
Preparation
    Saute bacon 10 minutes.
    Add celery and onions and cook until tender. Add butter; wait until butter is melted. Add flour. Stir to cover all ingredients. Add packets of chicken broth, clam juice and clams.
    Stir and bring to a boil, then add potatoes. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes on simmer.
    Add Farm Rich cream. Chowder should be on the thick side.
    (Start this chowder in a large pot.)
