Vena'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 10) can tomato paste
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. sweet basil leaves, ground
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
6 to 8 oz. red or white wine
Preparation

Brown meat and season with oregano, salt and basil.
In large kettle, add tomato paste or puree and water.
Bring to boil, lower heat and add rest of ingredients.
Simmer about 4 hours, stirring often (careful so sauce does not stick to bottom of pan).
