Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cleaned venison
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Brown-in-Bag
Preparation
    Cut all skin, membrane and gristle from venison.
    Place in Brown-in-Bag.
    Sprinkle venison with onion soup mix, pepper and red wine vinegar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 2 hours.
