Carrot Juice(Fresh) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 carrot stalks (medium to large)
3 celery stalks (medium size)
1 apple or pear
1/2 handful parsley
1/2 c. red bell pepper
1/2 c. green bell pepper
1 large ripe tomato
1/8 to 1/4 c. beets
Preparation

Clean, wash and prepare all veggies for an electrical juicer. Drink at room temperature or slightly chill.
Great as a breakfast drink with a bagel or toast.
Or as an evening cocktail.
