Mom Flowers' Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can corn
    1 egg
    flour (to thicken)
    grease (for frying)
Preparation
    Mix corn, egg and flour together.
    Add dash of pepper and salt, if desired.
    (Make sure mixture isn't soupy.)
    Deep fry on high until golden brown.
    Serve hot.
