Zucchini Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced zucchini, unpared
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, oregano or Italian seasoning
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Spread in pan and bake until golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
Cut into small pieces to serve.
