My Mom'S Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 carrots
1 large onion
fresh parsley
garlic powder to taste
olive oil and water
Preparation
-
Sliver the carrots, thinner than julienne (3 to 4-inch length).
Slice onion into rings.
Add chopped parsley, garlic powder and enough oil and water to steam the carrots.
Steam until tender and serve.
