Reuben Casserole I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (2 lb.) bag sauerkraut, drained
    1 lb. corned beef, shredded
    12 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    10 slices rye bread, ground into crumbs
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, Thousand Island dressing, onion and sauerkraut well. Put mixture in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Layer shredded corned beef over kraut mixture. Add the shredded Swiss cheese. Top with rye bread crumbs. Drizzle the melted margarine over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
