Sausage And Egg Brunch Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (Bob Evans)
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar or Swiss
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Prepare a day ahead.
    Brown sausage, leaving in nice-sized chunks.
    Drain and refrigerate.
    Beat remaining ingredients, except bread, until light.
    Stir in bread and refrigerate.
