Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 heaping c. broken shelled pecans
3 eggs, beaten
dash of vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pastry pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 or 50 minutes.
Cool and top with whipped cream or ice cream or serve plain.
