Sesame Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken breasts
2 c. buttermilk
2 sticks margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. tarragon
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. white bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley, minced
3 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. sesame seed
Preparation

Wash and dry chicken and place in shallow baking dish.
Pour buttermilk over chicken.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Next day, pour off buttermilk and dry chicken with paper towels.
