Fluffy Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 (about 1 1/2 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. assorted chicken parts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix mushroom soup, milk and onion soup mix together.
    Add rice and mushrooms (with liquid).
    Pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Place chicken pieces on top. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 1 hour.
    Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
