Elephant Ears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    3 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    7 to 8 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    vegetable oil for deep frying
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, soften yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, butter and salt.
    Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn onto floured surface.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease surface. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours.
    Punch down dough.
