Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. potatoes
    2 to 3 medium onions
    2 stalks celery
    1 stick margarine
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes, onions and celery.
    Rinse; put vegetables in water with margarine and salt.
    Cook on medium heat for 25 to 40 minutes until soft.
    Add soup.
    Stir.
    If soup is too thin, you may add potato flakes to thicken as you desire.
    Best when eaten with grilled cheese sandwiches.
