Sheri'S Quick Taters 'N Beef Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
    1 can vegetable beef soup (condensed)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    4 c. round taters (Silver Dollars)
    1 c. frozen vegetables
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion in a skillet.
    Chop hamburger into small chunks.
    Drain grease.
    Add soups, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Fold in taters and vegetables.
    Pour into a greased pan or casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
