Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook spinach using package directions; drain.
    Combine spinach, stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, eggs, margarine, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into balls; place on baking sheet.
    Freeze until firm; store in airtight bag in freezer. Place frozen spinach balls on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes, or until light brown.
    Yield: 60 servings.
