Tyrrhenian Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. rump roast
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 chopped onion
    1 small jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. sliced olives
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients
    except
    meat.
    Place\ta small amount of this sauce
    in
    the
    bottom of a 12-inch Dutch oven. Put in meat and pour
    the\trest of the sauce over it.
    Roast 2 hours with 9 coals below and
    12
    on
    top.
    Replenish coals as needed.
