Mexican Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 pod sweet peppers
small amount hot peppers
Preparation

Place 2 tablespoons of butter in round ovenproof casserole. Put in oven and preheat to about 400\u00b0 or until butter is melted and hot.
Pour in the batter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake about 40 minutes or until done.
