Rice And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked with a little garlic
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk and 1 can water or the equivalent of milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a buttered casserole, put first of all the rice, then a layer of the cheese, then the spinach.
    Add the mushroom soup and milk.
    Then sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
