Chicken Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. uncooked chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    10 water chestnuts
    small can mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Bone chicken breasts and put through food grinder with onion, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Add cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, sherry and beaten egg whites.
    Form into small balls and fry in deep hot oil.
    Drain and serve with toothpicks.
    Yields about 50 small balls.
