Aunt Nancy'S Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. croutons
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. bacon, chopped ham or mushrooms
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
-
Grease 10 x 6-inch or 9 x 9-inch Pyrex pan.
Layer croutons on bottom, cheese over that.
Add egg and milk mixture, meat or mushrooms on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Great with ham and beans.
