Pretzel Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white chocolate
    1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. pretzel sticks
Preparation
    Break pretzel sticks into 3 pieces (or bite-size pieces). Place in a bowl. Pour peanuts on top.
    Mix together.
    Melt white chocolate in either double boiler (covered) on stove top, or in microwave bowl (covered with air vent) in microwave on High for 2 minutes, or until melted (stir after 1 minute, then check every 15 seconds).
    Stir and pour over pretzels and peanuts.
    Take a cookie sheet and line it with wax paper.
    Spread candy mixture across to fill 1 cookie sheet.
    Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden.
    Take out and break apart like peanut brittle into uneven sized pieces.
    Store in cool place or in fridge. Enjoy!
