Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or equivalent fresh broccoli
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli if frozen or cook until tender if fresh.
    Put broccoli into a 2 1/2-quart casserole, preferably flat.
    Slice cheese over the broccoli.
    Sprinkle with the crackers.
    Pour butter (melted) over top.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
