Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box vanilla wafers
1 small jar maraschino cherries (omit juice)
1 can of moist coconut
2 c. pecans
1/2 box dark raisins
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation

Ground wafers into meal like mixture.
Cut cherries into small pieces.
Chop pecans.
Mix raisins, pecans, coconut, cherries, milk and wafers.
Knead with hands.
Put in greased mold or Pyrex dish.
Set 24 hours in refrigerator.
When ready to serve slice thin.
This will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
