Beef Louise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. Burgundy (optional)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    Do not brown beef.
    Mix all together.
    Put in covered 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
    Leave lid on.
    Serve on buttered noodles or rice.
    The meat in this recipe is very tender.
