Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    seasoned salt to taste
    Worcestershire sauce
    dash of garlic
    3 stalks celery
    1/2 large onion
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    6 carrots
    2 cans mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except potatoes, carrots and cream of mushroom soup.
    Put the ingredients into a crock-pot with water and cook for several hours until meat is done.
    Add potatoes, carrots and cream of mushroom soup.
    Make sure there is liquid covering potatoes and carrots.
    Add water if necessary.
    Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender and serve.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
