Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 box Brownberry seasoned croutons
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Thin the
    soup with a little white wine, a little thyme and onion powder.
    Cook
    vegetables
    according\tto directions. Drain; add cubed cheese, soup
    and croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
