Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour (plain)
1 c. chopped prunes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir in oil, eggs, buttermilk and prunes.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares while hot.
