Lime Marinated Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. swordfish (or tuna, shark, marlin)
    2 tsp. lime zest
    1/4 c. olive oil
    juice of 3 limes
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Place fish in a shallow pan.
    In a small bowl, combine lime juice, zest, garlic, olive oil and cilantro.
    Pour over fish and turn to coat thoroughly.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Drain fish and broil or grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
    Serve garnished with cilantro.
    This zesty marinade compliments any fish.
